CT Trail Census

An important part of the CT Trail Census is manual counts. Manual counts are conducted at a sensor location and each hour of manual counts is compared to the same hour of counts recorded by the sensor. The information is used for calibration. Manual counts also extend the census information by noting extra information like mode (walk, bike, etc.). Want to learn more and possibly volunteer? Contact us at trails@uconn.edu.

CT Trail Finder

CT Trail Finder is always looking to add new trail posts, update existing ones, add new trailside services, and check existing ones. For trail posts, if you have a tie to local trails through a town, land trust, or other entity, let us know! For trailside services, if you are interested in verifying or improving information on CT Trail Finder, reach out!
